From Wald Amberstone via Cynthia Tedesco: On the Astrological paths via Sefer Yetzirah

Wald Amberstone addressed Tarot & Astrology STRICTLY from a Kabbalistic POV using the GRA TREE FROM THE SEFER YETZIRAH. When discussing that tree the paths had a different order for the Majors than we use w/the RWS deck usually. Also DAA`TH is critical...

Diagonals = 12 signs in order

From Sephiroth See Attributions

  • 1 to 2 = emperor/aries
  • 1 to 3 = hierophant/taurus
  • 2 to daa`th = lovers/gemini
  • 3 to daa`th = chariot/cancer
  • Daa`th to 4 = strength/leo
  • Daa`th to 5 = hermit/virgo
  • 4 to 6 = justice/libra
  • 5 to 6 = scorpio/death
  • 6 to 7 = temperance/sagittarius
  • 6 to 8 = devil/capricorn
  • 7 to 9 = aquarious/star
  • 8 to 9 = pisces/moon
  • Sadly, 10 just 'hangs there' = a sorry sight
  • Vertical paths:
  • Middle pillar
  •  1 to 6 = magician/mercury
  •  6 to 9 = sun/sun
  •  9 to 10 = world/saturn

R hand pillar = 'the jewish niagra falls'

  • 2 to 4 = moon/hp
  • 4 to 7 = wheel/jupiter

L hand pillar = jewish fire 'focused flow'

  • 3 to 5 venus/empress
  • 5 to 8 = tower / mars

Horizontal paths

  • 2 to 3 = judgement/ fire/ shin the antithesis in an 'argument'
  • 4 to 5 = fool/ air synthesis
  • 7 to 8 = hanged man/ water = thesis & the present in time

Tree has an 'i/thou' r/l relationship, my r is your l etc

Hope this is useful & will share what is possible w/you if you like.  Kabbalistic tarot astrology is all about time & timing... I like it much more than 'standard' astrology as we have come to know it as the 'underpinnings' are clear from following the Hebrew alphabet's mother letters, simples & doubles plus the tree.
